Material Control Inc. was originally formed under the name Conveyor Belt Cleaner Company. The first Catalog was published in September 1965 and covered the conveyor belt cleaner that later became the Model TAB, and is now the Model 33. The name “Material Control, Inc.” was adopted 3 years later.
Other product lines like safety controls, belt alignment controls, motion and zero speed controls, flow controls, bin aerators for dry bulk materials, and other styles of conveyor belt cleaners, including the rotary brush, were developed and added over time.
